Guardian Angels Faith Formation is for children in grades 1-8. We, in the Faith Formation office, are here to assist parents in passing the faith onto their children. Nothing can replace the example and teachings of parents, especially in regard to the faith. There are many opportunities for parents to continue their formation and learn more about the faith as well. Please see the Adult Faith Formation page for more information.
Classes for the children meet on Mondays beginning in late September and concluding in early May. The children come together virtually to grow and learn more about the faith. We offer classes from 6:15-7:30 pm. Registration begins in mid-August each year.
First Reconciliation and Eucharist are celebrated in 2nd grade while Confirmation takes place in the fall of 9th grade. Students should be enrolled in 1st grade in order to be prepared and ready to receive Jesus in the Eucharist and to increase their understanding of the great gift that God gives to us. Preparation for Confirmation is an ongoing process and students are expected to have been enrolled in a faith formation program previously.
