55 & Up Trip to St. Aloysius and Ss. Peter & Paul

Register in the Parish Office prior to Friday, April 26th. Space is limited, and registration is limited to Guardian Angels parishoners.

Join us for tour of two historic churches located in the heart of
Detroit, St. Aloysius and Ss. Peter and Paul. St. Aloysius is “a
parish to parishioners in all walks of life” and is “a modern-day
monument to the history of Catholicism in Detroit”. St. Aloysius
is currently celebrating their 150th Anniversary. Ss. Peter and
Paul is the “oldest church building in continuous use in the city
of Detroit” and is currently celebrating their 175th Anniversary.
We will be leaving Guardian Angels at 9:00 AM and travelling
by bus to St. Aloysius. After we will travel to Eastern Market for
lunch at Vivio’s Food and Spirits located in Eastern Market
where we will order from a pre-selected menu. Following
lunch, we will travel to Ss. Peter and Paul for our second church
tour. We should arrive back at Guardian Angels at
approximately 3:00 pm. The cost of the trip is $30 per person
which includes tax and tip for lunch.

If you are interested in joining us, please register in the
parish office before Friday, April 26th. The trip is limited to
33 people and to Guardian Angels parishioners only. Payment
is due at the time of registration and can be paid by cash or
check made out to Guardian Angels.
